The standard occupancy is four people. Each additional person is charged at a surcharge of €15 per night.

FAQ’s

  • Check-in is carried out in accordance with the new regulations by visually checking people on site.
    Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on site. Check-out must be by 10:00 a.m.

  • There is a free parking space in the underground car park of the house. There are also plenty of public parking spaces on the street in front of the house.

  • The Ried gondola, which takes you up to the Kronplatz, is only about 600 metres away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. There is also a bus service, as well as our parking card for the parking lot at the station.

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Monte Sole Suite.

  • Yes, the Monte Sole Suite has free WiFi.

  • Cancellations and changes to your booking can be made via the platform through which you booked (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com). Please refer to the specific cancellation policy of each platform.

  • The nearest airport is Bolzano Airport, which is about 80 km from the Monte Sole Suite. Alternatively, Innsbruck Airport is about 120 km away.

  • No, smoking is not permitted in the rooms of the Monte Sole Suite. Smoking is only permitted outside.

  • Yes, towels and bed linen are provided for all guests. Sauna towels can be booked additionally for an extra charge.

  • No, events or parties are not allowed in the Monte Sole Suite to ensure the peace and comfort of all residents.

  • There is a well-stocked supermarket near the Monte Sole Suite with fresh baked goods and a sausage/ cheese counter.

  • The Monte Sole Suite is well connected by public transport, with the train station only 600 meters away. From there, you also have access to the lifts to Kronplatz. A bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away.
